Bitnob Business is a financial platform that enables businesses to move money across borders, manage multi-currency wallets, issue virtual and physical cards, and access crypto-backed lending — all in one place.
To create an account, visit the Bitnob website and click 'Sign Up'. Fill in your business details, verify your email, and complete the KYC process to get started.
After signing up, you'll need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by providing your business registration documents, proof of address, and identity verification. Once submitted, our team will review and verify your account within 24-48 hours.
Bitnob helps grow your business by enabling seamless cross-border payments, reducing transaction fees, providing access to multiple currencies, offering crypto-backed loans for cash flow, and giving you powerful financial tools to manage and scale your operations globally.
Cards & payments
Everything you need to know about managing virtual cards, making payments, and keeping your wallets organized.
You can fund virtual cards instantly from your BTC, USDT, USDC, or NGN wallets. Simply select the card you want to fund, choose your funding source, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction.
Virtual cards are issued in USD and can be funded from any of your available wallets (BTC, USDT, USDC, or NGN). The system automatically converts your funds to USD at competitive rates.
The number of cards you can create depends on your account type. Business accounts can create multiple cards for different team members or purposes. Contact support for specific limits based on your plan.
Payments are processed instantly. Settlements typically occur within 24 hours for most transactions. Cross-border payments may take 1-3 business days depending on the destination country.
Yes, every Bitnob Business account comes with multiple wallets including BTC, USDT, USDC, and NGN. You can hold, convert, and manage all these currencies in one unified dashboard.
Team & Access
Learn how to add team members, assign roles, and collaborate securely across your organization.
Go to Settings > Team Management, click 'Invite Member', enter their email address, assign a role, and send the invitation. They'll receive an email with instructions to join your organization.
You can assign roles such as Admin (full access), Manager (can manage transactions and view reports), and Member (limited access to specific features). Each role has customizable permissions for cards, payments, wallets, and reporting.
Loans & financing
Find out about loan eligibility, application processes, interest rates, and repayment terms.
To qualify, you need to have eligible crypto assets in your Bitnob wallet. The loan amount depends on the value of your collateral and current LTV ratios.
Interest rates vary based on the loan amount, collateral type, and loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. Rates are competitive and transparent, starting from as low as 8% APR for crypto-backed loans. Check your dashboard for current rates.
Loans can be repaid directly from your Bitnob wallet using any supported currency. You can make partial payments or pay the full amount anytime without penalties. Set up automatic repayments for convenience.
Crypto-backed loans are typically approved within minutes once you submit your application. The funds are disbursed instantly to your wallet upon approval.
Security & authentication
Protect your account with two-factor authentication, biometric login, and security best practices.
Go to Settings > Security, select 'Two-Factor Authentication', and follow the prompts to set up 2FA using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. We highly recommend enabling 2FA for enhanced security.
Bitnob uses industry-standard security including 256-bit encryption, two-factor authentication, biometric login support, regular security audits, and cold storage for crypto assets. We monitor all accounts 24/7 for suspicious activity.
Immediately change your password, enable 2FA if not already active, and contact our support team at security@bitnob.com. We'll investigate and secure your account. You can also freeze your account temporarily from the security settings.
