How to freeze or unfreeze a card
Freezing your card
Freeze your card instantly for security:
- Go to the Cards section
- Select the card you want to freeze
- Click the "Freeze Card" button
- Confirm the action
When a card is frozen, all transactions will be declined until you unfreeze it.
When to freeze your card
Consider freezing your card when:
- You suspect unauthorized activity
- Your card details may have been compromised
- You're traveling and want to prevent unexpected charges
- You want to temporarily disable recurring subscriptions
To unfreeze, simply click "Unfreeze Card" and your card will work immediately.
