Verification process
Follow these steps to complete your account verification:
1. Prepare your documents
You'll need a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement less than 3 months old).
2. Navigate to verification
Go to Settings > Account Verification in your Bitnob dashboard.
3. Upload your documents
Take clear photos of your ID and proof of address. Make sure all text is readable and the documents are fully visible in the frame.
4. Submit and wait
Our team will review your documents within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once verification is complete.

To ensure a smooth verification process:

- Ensure all document corners are visible in the frame
- Avoid using screenshots or photocopies
- Make sure your name matches across all documents
