How to reset your password

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Bitnob login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link (valid for 1 hour)
  6. Enter your new password twice
  7. Click "Reset Password"

You'll be logged out from all devices and need to log in again.

Troubleshooting password reset

If you don't receive the reset email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Make sure your email inbox isn't full
  • Contact support if the problem persists

After resetting your password

For security, we recommend:

  • Review your recent account activity
  • Check active sessions and logout unknown devices
  • Update your password in any saved browsers or password managers
  • Enable 2FA if you haven't already
  • Review your security settings
