How to reset your password
Resetting your password
If you've forgotten your password:
- Go to the Bitnob login page
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link (valid for 1 hour)
- Enter your new password twice
- Click "Reset Password"
You'll be logged out from all devices and need to log in again.
Troubleshooting password reset
If you don't receive the reset email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Make sure your email inbox isn't full
- Contact support if the problem persists
After resetting your password
For security, we recommend:
- Review your recent account activity
- Check active sessions and logout unknown devices
- Update your password in any saved browsers or password managers
- Enable 2FA if you haven't already
- Review your security settings
